Portable Fluid Conditioning Cart
Applications
Filtering new fluid before it is put into service
Transferring fluid from drums or storage tanks to system reservoirs
Conditioning fluid already in operation
Supporting and enhancing existing system filtration
Removing free and emulsified water from systems
Suitable for hydraulic oils, gear oils, and lubrication oils
Parker’s Portable Fluid Conditioning Carts provide an efficient and reliable method for pre-filtering and transferring fluids into system reservoirs, as well as cleaning and maintaining existing systems.
Even new fluid is not guaranteed to be clean. During production, mixing, handling, and storage, fluids often accumulate particulate contaminants and water, making them unfit for immediate use. Proper filtration is essential to ensure system protection and performance.
To remove water, Par-Gel™ elements can be installed in the outlet filter. These advanced polymer elements have a strong affinity for free water—capturing and removing it as the fluid flows through.
The cart is equipped with two high-capacity ModuFlow™ Plus filters for extended element life and superior protection. The first-stage inlet filter captures larger particles, while the second-stage outlet filter handles finer contaminants or water removal. A durable industrial-grade gear pump ensures fast and dependable operation.
